Our Purpose

Resilient Design is a creative studio specializing in Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Experience Design, Content and Digital Design. Using Design Thinking and Co-creation, we help small businesses and founders turn their ideas into impactful, long-lasting solutions. Our inclusive and agile approach ensures each project is meaningful, collaborative, and built to grow.

Our Process

We begin by getting to know your business — its purpose, people, and potential. This insight drives every step that follows.

Understand the Systems and Opportunities
To kick off each project, we start at the end to understand where you want to be. Then, we work backwards to scope and prioritize the work needed to achieve your goal. If there is no prior research or data around the problem, we highly recommend Design Research and Competitive Research. In this phase, we visualize how we will define a path forward, outlining goals, deliverables, and what success means for your project. Tools like Journey Mapping and Value Statement Workshops ensure alignment before the work begins.

Plan a Value-Based Strategy
In this phase, the work starts to become tangible. We develop a strategy rooted in the map towards success we aligned on together. The strategy you receive is tailored to where you are now and what your goals call for next.

Create through thoughtful Design and Writing
The third phase is where we do the work that we planned together. We combine Visual Design with Copywriting to create brand assets and digital experiences that are not only usable and accessible but also clear, effective, and aligned with your voice. While Visual Design and Copywriting can stand alone, they're most powerful when done together, reducing handoffs, increasing clarity, and driving better outcomes.
