Experience Design

To truly understand your needs we will conduct design research activities, like qualitative interviews, to generate insights around the context of use, as well as identifying areas of opportunity. This phase usually results in artifacts like personas, competitive research, and business goals aligned to customer needs. This leads into the design phase where we will participate in semi-structured activities that align us and keep the work moving forward.

For example, To help keep track of the complexity of your goals and offerings, we'll guide you through a journey mapping activity to streamline your experience or operations. We'll create a shared understanding of where you're providing value, where you're converting, and what remaining research or experiments are needed. This phase results in a working prototype of your product or service. 

Digital Design

It's highly likely that your customers will have different levels of needs and accommodations. This is why we use human-centered design and inclusive design processes to create beautiful, valuable, and accessible brand assets or web designs to fully engage audiences across all relevant touchpoints. This includes things like typography, color, imagery, etc.
