Jacob, Lead Designer and Founder
Jacob’s unique background in UX Design, data science, and psychology allows him to bring both a creative and analytical approach to any project.He specializes in designing experiences that solve real human needs while also providing business value, backed by data. From stakeholder interviews to facilitated design activities, Jacob builds trust through alignment and a shared understanding on what the outcomes will look like and what is created together.
With over 10 years of experience in Digital Product, Service, and Behavioral Design, he creates high-impact work that is viable, feasible, usable, and leads to positive change. Jacob has led design and product teams in agency, startup, and enterprise environments across multiple industries, including advertising, education, events, financial services, health and wellness, information technology, manufacturing, real estate, and retail.
